• Water: 1 cup
• All-purpose flour 00 Condesa: 1 cup
• Butter: 50 grams
• Salt: a pinch
• Sugar: 2 tablespoons
• Optimo Sunflower Corn Oil for frying
• Extra sugar for sprinkling

1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil with the butter and salt.
2. Add the all-purpose flour 00 Condesa all at once and mix vigorously until the dough pulls away from the sides.
3. Let it cool slightly and place the dough into a churro maker or piping bag with a star tip.
4. Heat the Optimo Sunflower Corn Oil in a deep pan.
5. Shape the churros and fry them until golden brown.
6. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sugar before serving.
