• 500 grams of San Telmo 0 wheat flour
• Uruguay beef fat: 100 grams
• Warm water: 200 ml
• Salt: 1 teaspoon
• Óptimo Altoleic oil for frying, as needed

1. Mix the San Telmo 0 wheat flour with the Uruguay beef fat at room temperature. Add salt and warm water until a dough forms.
2. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Make a small hole in the center of each one.
4. Fry in hot Óptimo Altoleico oil until golden.
5. Drain on paper towels.
