Instrucciones

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.

2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.

3. Add Optimo canola oil and beat well.

4. Add Belza wheat flour 0000 and baking powder, alternating with the milk. Mix well.

5. Stir in the lemon zest and vanilla essence.
