• Chicken: 1 kg, in pieces
• Carrots: 2, sliced
• Onion: 1, sliced
• Garlic: 3 cloves, whole
• Bay leaves: 2
• Peppercorns: 1 teaspoon
• Uruguay vinegar: 1 cup
• Water: 1 cup
• Sibarita Olive Oil: 1 cup
• Salt to taste

1. Cook the chicken in salted water until tender. Shred it.
2. In a pot, heat the Sibarita Olive Oil and sauté the onion, carrots, and garlic.
3. Add the chicken, bay leaves, and peppercorns.
4. Pour in the Uruguay vinegar and water. Simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
